About Me

I am passionate about my work with adults who are experiencing difficulties or challenges in their lives.   Whatever you are facing you do not have to do it on your own.  I offer you my services in Essex and London as a Counsellor, Personal Consultant – Coach/Therapist and Coach.  My style whilst being supportive is also challenging as I want you to get the most from the sessions and be the best you can be.

As a graduate of the University of East London and member of AICTP I am pleased to offer you pioneering Personal Consultancy Coach-Therapy ethical and professional one-to-one sessions in which both your coaching and counselling needs are addressed.  As a trained coach and a member of BACP Coaching I offer you a professional Coaching service.

I have trained in Counselling to degree level and am a BACP registered and accredited Counsellor and UKCP registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor.  I work with extensive knowledge and experience with  a wide range of issues which include:  self-harm, suicide ideation, stress, anxiety, domestic abuse/violence, bereavement, loss, abuse, anger, depression, post-natal depression, traumatic birth, medical  trauma, medical diagnoses, health related issues, bullying, stress management, work related issues, relationship issues, divorce.

I bring together my work experience and knowledge and training in finance, administration, counselling and coaching.  All of these help me to work in an all round way with you covering every aspect of your life.  I, too, have overcome life challenges and know that each person has the resources to do the same.  Sometimes we need a little help on the way.
